Welcome to Ibriin Holidays. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

• A booking is only confirmed once a minimum advance payment (usually 30% to 50% of the total package cost) is received.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour or as per the specific agreement stated in your invoice.
• Failing to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the advance.

2. Itinerary Changes

• Ibriin Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, landslides, flight cancellations, or political unrest) to ensure passenger safety.
• Any additional costs incurred due to such unforeseen modifications must be borne by the client on the spot.

3. Client Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including passports, ID cards (Aadhar/Voter ID for domestic flights), and visas (for Umrah). Ibriin Holidays will not be held liable if a client is denied boarding or entry due to incorrect or missing documents.

4. Umrah Specific Terms

For Umrah packages, visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the Saudi Arabian Embassy. Ibriin Holidays acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for any visa rejections or delays. Flight schedules and hotel proximities are subject to final confirmation by the respective providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ibriin Holidays acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and transport operators. We shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss, injury, or damage to persons or property caused directly or indirectly by these independent contractors, or by acts of God, natural disasters, or other situations beyond our control.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
